I did the March 2019 Palau trip with Ran Mor and could not have been happier. I cannot say enough good things about Ran and his company. Really, words do not do him justice, you have to experience it first hand and go on one of his trips!

Ran is a consummate professional, I would highly recommend any of his trips for any standard of photographer. The recent trip had first time compact users all the way up to professional level. Ran managed to make everything clear and concise, equipment knowledge was superb and his training is pitch perfect

What is this course all about?

Underwater photography shouldn’t be that difficult!

During my line of work, I encounter countless divers who are frustrated with their photography and just can’t seem to get it right.

Colors don’t come out the way you expected, the focus is elusive and even the nudibranchs seem to run away from the camera. All the different settings sound so confusing and how do you handle all of that while equalizing, breathing, keeping your buoyancy and staying the group?

I remember exactly how I started and how terrible my photos were back then. If I had some proper guidance during my endless attempts, it would have probably made things much easier.

During this 1-day workshop, we will visit is a shore dive site, known for an abundance of species such as pufferfish, lobster, rainbow wrasse, spotted stingrays, moray eels, blennies, arrow crabs, banded coral shrimp, sea horses, frogfish and more!

While we can’t guarantee anything, on most dives we encounter most of the species we listed above :)

Cozumel is one of my favorite places for underwater photography. It’s easily accessible from anywhere in North America, there are plenty of dive sites to choose from, the reefs are spectacular, visibility is mind-blowing and the diving is great year-round. Yes, even during “hurricane season”.
